3. As you know, this is an primarly German speaking forum. Therefore it would be very kind to use a language that as many people as possible can understand. If you're not speaking German, English is the worldwide most common alternative so nearly all of us here don't have to use a translator first. Especially if you're asking for a favor. Maybe you can add a translation to your post.

4. This was asked and answered before (check the "search" for details in English). No, it's impossible to implement different languages. Two reasons: a) The main developer is inactive. b) Even if the game would still see new features multiple languages would be way to much work to do. After all, the database contains more than 10k different calls. It's more helpful to make Google translations better in general and not just for in-game use - everybody can participate on this via their webpage.
