SEG is correct. More or less at least, cuz different federal states have different ways to handle a MANV. In North Rhine Westphalia for example, we do have SEGs, yes, but smaller mass casultiy incidents are handled with a Ü-MANV-S component from neighbour control centers, meaning every control center must be able to send 3 RTW and 1 NEF out to a neighbour in need at any time out of it's regular ambulance pool. Those do not uave to be used in the incident itself, but can be utilized to refill empty stations, if the ambulances from those are sent to the MANV.
