Since a few days, the pressure chamber for emergency patients isn't a POI anymore. It's now solved over the "normal" hospital departments. In addition these patients may now need more departments like intensive care or others. Check if you have such an hospital in your area or in your neighbor control centers.

To avoid such long transports in general I recommend to create a hospital that has every department and every necessary POI (like Tropen). If you haven't such a hospital in your area or in your neighbor centers, create such a hospital far away (like New York), where it would be most realistic. Create this hospital at best not in yoput original center if possible but rather in a help center or own neighbor center if you have such one.

Use this list for adding hyperbaric chambers to facilities in and around your area of operations, focus on the accredited sites and those directly connected to a hospital (vs. non-emergency hyperbaric therapy facilities):
